Some sample Menus are listed below - I will not use any food or drink that contains artificial sweeteners

If you wish to provide you own food for you child you are welcome to do so, however no discount will be made.
I prefer the children to all be eating the same meals to help them integrate and promote inclusion.

Breakfast
Daily choice of:
Porridge
Weetabix
Oatibix
Rice Crispies or Multigrains
Toast
Fruit

Lunch/Dinner
Is generally a selection from the following:

Cold Meat, Cheese, Egg, Tuna or Hummus served with a selection of Salad, Vegetables, fruit and either Wraps, Wholemeal Bread, Wholemeal Pitta bread or Bagel. 

Children seated at the table are allowed to select their own items to fill the bread. Wrap etc. Younger children in high chair will have the same food in a form suitable to their age & development.

Tea  
A home cooked meal – examples are:

Vegetables in cheese sauce
Spaghetti Bolognaise
Fishcakes with potato wedges and peas
Chicken stew
Sausages with potato boats & veg with gravy
Traditional roast dinner
Mild curry with rice and naan Bread
Pasta dishes
Salmon with Cous Cous and veg

Desserts
Daily Choice of:

Homemade Ice lollies
Banana Ice
Yoghurt
Fruit
Jelly
Homemade Ice-cream

Snacks
Daily choice of

Fresh fruit (apples, pears, bananas)
Raisins/sultanas
Dried fruit
Toast fingers
Rice cakes
Yoghurt
Plain rich tea biscuit

Drinks

Water available at all times
Pure Fruit Juice
Milk
